Our dedicated QC and QA teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart(s) on the product page.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item purchased, we are more than willing to assist you.

Steps to contact us:
1.Go to our support center and describe the issue in detail ( return reason) along with your order number and SKU (product) number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
2.We will review your case and offer a solution


1. Our company’ s issue:

  • If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and or an exchange.
  • Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense.


2.Customer’s responsibility

  • If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can allow a return too.
  • In that case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price, excluding a restock fee (shipping and handling costs). All and any shipping fees are not refundable.


-Please contact us to request an R.M.A (Return Merchandise Authorization). Our Support Team will give you our R.M.A instructions form and address. Don’t forget to sent back the items with the R.M.A.
-All returnable items must have the label, tags on them and must not appear to have been washed, worn or altered, sent back in their original package.
